When they wore it: Biel, 31, showed off her assets in the sheer design at Diddy and Jay Z's afterparty for the 2013 MTV VMAs — where her hubby Justin Timberlake won big! — on August 25 in NYC. The 66-year-old Field chose the dress for the awards gala at the Palm Springs International Film Festival, where she was honored with the Career Achievement Award, in January.

How they styled it: Both wore their tresses swept back, bright lipstick, and prominent white earrings. The difference was in how much of themselves they had covered or, in Biel's case, uncovered. In addition to her sheer frock, Biel upped the racy factor even more with stripy stilettos. Field stepped out in more demure, age-appropriate peep-toe heels.

Judge's scorecard: While it's usually impossible for Biel to look bad in anything, this sheer style is not doing her any favors. Field, on the other hand, is so elegant in the dress that she could easily pull out the win.
